Not worth the money - stay at your own peril

We had booked an AC Suit room for family of 3. The property is as shown in photographs but when you visit , you will find it far below quality accommodation, manned by low level, untrained staff - some of them are even ill mannered. The staff is always on their mobile and don't like them to be disturbed. We happened to be staying here on transit on the day of World cup finals. The Tata Sky did not receive signal throughout the time of the match " due to cloudy sky" when it was a very clear day. The staff were watching match on their cell phone throughout. The very moment the match finished, our TV got excellent reception. So, the readers will understand what was happening - the unscrupulous staff were using Tat Sky a/c on their phone to watch the match. I will not stay at this property again.

We booked a Deluxe King Suite with sea view and kitchenette. But what we found was very far away from the description in the details. The room had a terrace but no sea view, just the pool area. There was a lot of empty space with a few items of basic furniture and what was there is very shabby and uncomfortable. No side tables in bedroom, plastic chairs in living room, no table. A tired and grubby sofa bed. It was dusty and superficially looked tidy and clean but I went over all the surfaces with wipes and found it was pretty dirty in places. Bathroom is very simple but was ok. Kitchenette non existent, abd this was a shock as we planned to self cater. There was an old sink, cold water, no cutlery, no crockery or pans, no glasses, no fridge, no way of cooking even though the room description says you can prepare your own food. Not even a kettle was supplied. The bed was very vet hard and uncomfortable with a very thin mattress. We moved after one night and of you want to go to Shiroda beach we recommend the Paradise Hotel next door. Very reasonable at 3000/rupees, great restaurant, very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. We paid £557 for 4 nights between Christmas and NY. We were even asked to pay a 30% deposit within an hour of making the booking. We knew it was a busy time and potentially inflated prices, but this was an exorbitant price for what we had, and frankly our worst hotel experience ever in India. Over this holiday period we paid less in all our other hotels and had fantastic experiences abd facilities. Booking.com should be ashamed of hosting such misleading hoteliers.

Very nice location opposite the beach at walking distance. Thanks to Mr.Nimesh for upgrading room and giving us an excellent room. There was small balcony in room with greenary view. Home made food both veg and non veg served by Anand Aroskar was very tasty. He was very helpful and hard working. There is a swimming pool inside the hotel premises. Intercom was not there but could still manage no complaints. Thanks Mr.Nimesh, Namdeo, Gawde, Naik and team for making our trip enjoyable.

The rooms are spacious. Overall ambience is good. The sea view from balcony is great to watch. The food was homemade and top notch. Goa is nearby from this hotel. You can visit arambol, baga beach from here in about 1 hour and come back to shiroda instead of living in goa which saved a lot of cost. The swimming pool is awesome and the service was excellent. Best hotel in shiroda.

Awesome location a big ocean in front of big terrace, awesome view, calm and silent place. All staff are very helpful and polite.Food is also very delicious and served like a home. Great experience here.
